"The customization options were really nice and..."
The customization options were really nice and easy to work with. The final design didn’t come out exactly how I expected, but it was still decent overall.

"Shipping was Slow"
I ordered some gear from jlracing.com and the shipping took Way longer than they said it would. The tracking barely updated, so I had no clue what was going on, and when the box finally showed up it was kind of beat up. Luckily the stuff inside was fine, but the whole delivery process was annoying.

"Fit was close"
It fit close to what I expected, but it does run a little small. I’d probably go up the size next time just to be safe

"Solid stuff, no second-guessing"
I usually judge gear quickly by how it feels in hand and whether I have to think about it after a few uses. This passed that test. The quality feels really good, and after a lot of use, it’s still holding up great...

"Still waiting for someone to reply"
I messaged support twice and thought maybe they’d get back to me quickly, but it’s been a week now and I still haven’t heard anything. At first I was just being patient, but now I’m frustrated and disappointed. I just need a simple response.
